In 1985 Suzuki released the first generation of GSX-R with GSX-R750. The introduction of the GSX-R750 changed the world of sportsbikes forever, as the first mass produced race replica, it was a race bike first and a street bike second. Joining the GSX-R750 was the GSX-R600 and GSX-R1000, which equally dominated racetracks and sales in Australia and internationally. Now, Suzuki has recently produced its one millionth GSX-R motorcycle and is celebrating this special milestone with a commemorative edition of its flagship sportsbike, the 2013 GSX-R1000.
